By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree to cover all expenses associated with our design, drafting, stamping and project management services before receiving any drawings, drawing updates, project management updates or stamping returns.

All costs incurred will be billed on Mondays, and payment is expected to be made over the following 48 hours with confirmation ID sent to the offices. This arrangement ensures a seamless continuation of work throughout the week, allowing us to maintain our project timelines and deliver high-quality results. Should payment not come in, all work will be stopped until funds have reached our accounts. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this financial process, which is designed to facilitate effective project management and timely delivery of services.
