1. Pre-Design & Feasibility Services

• • Initial Consultation & Programming: Meeting with the client to understand their vision, needs, goals, and budget. This phase involves defining the project's scope, including a list of all required spaces and their functions.

  • Site Analysis & Selection: Evaluating a potential building site or an existing structure. This includes assessing factors like zoning, local building codes, environmental conditions, and the site's potential for the proposed project.

  2. Schematic Design

  • Conceptual Design: Creating preliminary sketches, diagrams, and basic floor plans to explore the overall form, layout, and aesthetic of the building. This is the "big-picture" phase where ideas are developed.
